Pros
Atos has good technically sound resources mainly in EAI and Java. They can still execute complex porojects and deliver the expected output. It also has niumber of good projects and POCs to work on.
Cons
In recent times the company has become beurocrati. there are too many repoorting lines and administration overheads. Also this curtaiils the flexibility which is required to cater to clients. There is a general lack of openness and trust which has cropped in due to this. As a result of all this, the company is not usually ready to take challanges and explore unknown areas.
