Pros
It's a good place for entry level engineers to get some experience. There's possibility of working from home (few days a week or permanent). Private health care included. A fair number of experienced engineers willing to help.
Cons
Salaries in Bydgoszcz are lower than in similar companies in other cities and chance of getting a raise is very low. Generally, bad management. For last 2 years they are not willing to pay for trainings or exams and also, last 2 years reduced yearly bonuses. Lot of people leaving the company. Currently, they don't want to pay you money for overtime (even if you need to do some work during the weekend), instead they give you free hours or free day, depending how much overtime hours you had.
