Pros

I get paid every two weeks.

Where do I start...I was employed by a "real company" until being outsourced to Xerox and then we were sold off to Atos. Horrible Xerox management brought over to work with horrible Atos management. No redeeming values here. No raises or bonuses...ever! Don't ask for one and don't expect one. It's never going to happen, ever!!!! Stupid user profile that must be updated every six months. Nothing more then a way to waste people's time copying and pasting the same old info from the previous six months. It does not help with your career or anything else. They do not value employee's. You're just a tool, nothing more. You can exceed your SLA every month or have an awesome review, and it does not matter . They forced exempt people to take a furlough day because of failures by sales to make their goals. They stole unused sick time that had carried over from Xerox with only a two week warning to use it. They only match your 401k by 50% = 3% match up to your 6% and then only pay into it at the end of the year so you fail to reach your realized gains. They keep the gains you miss out on. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.
