Pros
As an apprentice, you shouldn't be under pressure every day and you'll be able to work at your own pace. If you make an amazing work, the company knows how to be grateful by giving you a bonus. Depending on the team you'll work with, the average age might be low.
Cons
In some team, the turnover is really high. A lot of employees was hired just after their internship and leave the company 2 or 3 years after. That's why some projects are difficult to work for since most of the people who started the project left.
