      1. Shift allowance - for all shifts except General 2. Technical certifications are provided 3. Reimbursements for project related courses are provided 4. Can login from anywhere in City. 5. Work from home facility

      1. Nothing to learn - you won't be able to learn new things until and unless you take some steps by yourself 2. No good increments - yearly increments are for name sake. Also, no incentives or over-time
