Pros

Good opportunity to step into the IT industry as a Service Desk Analyst,

Cons

However the IT technical knowledge is limited, more emphasis on the Service Desk side. Favoritism/nepotism is very obvious here. Team lead favors "certain kinds" of people and would seem very unfair as they will get privileges like longer meal time or break time compared to those that aren't favored. Sometimes even untracked off days.
