Pros
It was a job, although it did not offer growth potential. Most work was being outsourced overseas, although their Customers/Clients were not aware of that.
Cons
Pay/Work-Life Balance/Benefits. They are not family oriented - will find a reason to lay you off after an illness. Although it did not happen to me I've seen it done to several people. One employee came back after a major surgery and was greeted at the door with her termination. Another employee had a 35 year tenure and was laid-off and greeted at the door with all of his belongings. Not a good place to work if you plan a major purchase. Get in and Get out ASAP!!!
