      Pros

      one learns the complete tricks of trade as the employee has to do everything . so if joining a new organisation after leaving Atos, you are expert..:-)

      Cons

      Recognition and salary inversely proportional to work load. very few genuine managers.. Used to be a great workplace int he past . but with growth the mgmt thinking has not changed
