Working remotely and flexible schedule

Cons

Poor leadership. Almost makes you wonder what dirt “leadership” has on the company that they keep them. High turnover of employees, vendors, clients, etc. complete train wreck since they decided to focus on maintenance and not management. No training so no one knows what they’re doing. No guidance because everyone’s too busy. The talent that they used to have realized what a circus they were in and left. This company doesn’t value anyone, you will be expected to work 70 hours a week for a mediocre salary with 0 respect for your family or mental health.

While we regret that your time with us wasn’t what we aim for, we want you to know that respect, for one another, for families, and for mental health, is something we take seriously and believe is non-negotiable. - Zillow flex leads have a higher conversion rate then most leads I’ve used before - Favorable splits for personal deals - No desk fees

Cons

- Not many training opportunities - Zillow takes a large cut from their leads before brokerage does
