We understand that experiences can vary, and while that can be difficult to hear, it also helps us grow. Leadership plays a critical role in shaping our team’s experience, and we want to be clear that we’re committed to building and maintaining a team that guides with intention, professionalism, and care. There’s no hidden reason behind our leadership structure, our goal has always been to choose individuals who can help the entire team succeed.
We recognize that our shift from being a solely property management-focused company to expanding into maintenance was a major transition. It hasn’t been without its challenges, but we’ve learned valuable lessons along the way. Our team continues to reflect, adapt, and take action to strengthen both our services and internal processes.
One area we’ve put significant effort into is reducing turnover and we’ve seen encouraging progress as a result. We also continue to evolve our training resources to better support new and existing team members, because we know that strong foundations make the difference.
While we regret that your time with us wasn’t what we aim for, we want you to know that respect, for one another, for families, and for mental health, is something we take seriously and believe is non-negotiable.
