We do have some available training resources on our Human Resources platform, and while we believe in a "Learning by Doing" philosophy, we also want to ensure you feel comfortable reaching out to the team for any additional training or support you might need. Regarding the different modalities for real estate agents, we offer options both within or outside the Zillow team. While Zillow is a valued partner, we want to ensure that all our agents have access to the structures and support they need to succeed, no matter the path they choose.
