Pros
Made some great friends as it's a nice, friendly place to work, with people of all ages who are mostly upbeat and have a positive 'team' attitude. The actual building is modern and there is plenty of after work / social things to get involved with, especially in the summer. The job helped me with my confidence for sure.
Cons
None really, I mean call centre working was never going to be a full on career for me, the opportunities to progress were definitely there, but just not where I see myself in a few years.
