      Friendly Atmosphere with Social Opportunities

      Pros

      Made some great friends as it's a nice, friendly place to work, with people of all ages who are mostly upbeat and have a positive 'team' attitude. The actual building is modern and there is plenty of after work / social things to get involved with, especially in the summer. The job helped me with my confidence for sure.

      Cons

      None really, I mean call centre working was never going to be a full on career for me, the opportunities to progress were definitely there, but just not where I see myself in a few years.

      Pros

      Fantastic team environment with supportive management and colleagues who genuinely wanted each other to succeed. The training was excellent, there were plenty of opportunities to develop new skills, and the atmosphere made work enjoyable every day. Targets were challenging but achievable, and hard work was recognised and rewarded.

      Cons

      Like any sales environment, there could be busy periods and targets to hit, but this created a motivating atmosphere rather than a negative one. I genuinely struggled to find any major downsides during my time there.
