Pros

Supportive management and good benefits.

Cons

I worked under contract for one of their clients. Was supposed to be trained for 3-4 weeks but the trainers stopped training me at the end of the first week. From weeks 2-3 they stopped having consistent communication with me and just gave me tasks. One went on vacation and the other went on a business trip. Once one of the trainers came back, I saw and communicated with her only once before she decided to let me go. Horrible trainers on the client side but good management support when it comes to Astreya.

Pros

If you are at the start of your IT career and have never seen or touched network equipment. This is the right place for you.

Cons

If you have 5+ years of IT experience and a college degree with computer certificates, you will be bored. If you are the type of person that wants to stay settled and wanting to be home, stay away. Within 1 month, I was able to figure out how to be alot more efficient on doing these audits and the migration projects, but was quickly shutdown by the typical India mentallity. I would say stay away from the company as India does NOT know how to plan correctly or even how to troubleshoot. Why are companies promoting India
