      None - toxic culture not made up by any positives

      Cons

      Very political. Poor quality people. Poor management. Happily tell lies to cover up their failings. Example given in the recent PMCPA Code breach case in the UK, gave dishonest evidence to the review panel, but were caught out when reported by a current employee.

      Good benefits, not many layoffs

      Cons

      Managers are hit or miss. Lots of favoritism not based on performance and they tend to hire 22 year olds with no knowledge of sales, making the company less valuable and sales reps to have bad reputations with doctors. Makes sense why there’s constant lawsuits. Salaries also aren’t competitive
