Pros

There is clear direction for the company and this is understood by everyone. Goals are aligned. Excellent office facilities and real community feel working with polite, inclusive and kind people guided by a strong ethical code. Flexible working arrangement is fair which encourages a healthy balance which is much appreciated. Compensation package is great with many other benefits.

Cons

The associated gym could offer more classes to encourage health and fitness (UK office).
