Pros
Great intentions from the majority of people. Good working conditions, restaurant, coffee, cakes, parking etc. Shame this is the best that can be said about the company. HR and Finance trying to change company, but MC resisting heavily
Cons
MC is an out of control Kindergarten, with no one making them behave professionally. No direction, to much infighting. To busy fighting and trying to trip each other up (smiling faces with knives in your back). No control which cascades down and impacts those that are trying to make a difference. To heavy a reliance on external Consultants. Complete lack of development opportunities - real old boys network. Lots of nice publicity espousing change and flexibility - none of which is practised
