      Pros

      Excellent Holidays, roughly 30 days holidays per year. Flexible working hours are also very good. Nice area.

      Cons

      Poor Canteen food and not allowed bring in own food. Money a little lower than competitors. Small town attitude and have to careful what you say.

      Good benefits, not many layoffs

      Cons

      Managers are hit or miss. Lots of favoritism not based on performance and they tend to hire 22 year olds with no knowledge of sales, making the company less valuable and sales reps to have bad reputations with doctors. Makes sense why there’s constant lawsuits. Salaries also aren’t competitive
