      - A good start for an Engineer or any other proffesion. - Stable and not delayed income. - Currently running a lot of small scaled projects.

      - Not personal and individual develpoment. - Lack of wel organised managment. - Not investing on manpower. - Lack of proper decisions. - No commitment to any deadline.

      Pros

      The people are usually friendly and willing to help out a new comer. Management has open door policy and most of the time are very approachable.

      Cons

      The work in the infrastructure department is a bit boring. They don't offer any training program and you ahve to do most of the reading and learning on your own.
