Pros
Each team becomes a second family to you quickly, so you enjoy working with them a lot. "Work hard, play hard". The company tries to provide lunches a few times a month and have special holiday celebrations - so it's always cheerful. Flex hours for start/end times. Most teams are receptive to feedback on fixing issues.
Cons
Team to team communication is poor. You will never advance past a "team lead" position (and even then, the title of "team lead" is laughable). Outside hires for management roles with no experience, management end up not doing their jobs and you will have to make up for what they lack (it has happened multiple times.) HR is there to protect the management - not employees - and even when presented with indisputable evidence on management presenting false data, not doing their jobs, not showing up - there is no reprimand for them. CEO is more concerned with appearances on how successful the company is to PR or online personas, than is to listening to problems and actually making business decisions to fix internal issues.
