Pros
Worked full time- pay was decent, good if you have no previous experience or degree. Coworkers were awesome! So friendly and nice. Everyone was a strong team player and I didn’t meet a single coworker I felt uncomfortable with or who came off as difficult. Everyone worked really hard regardless of what team they were on. The work hard, play hard mentality was definitely here. HR tried hard to make AP a great place to work. Micromanaging wasn’t an issue and the environment was laid back. I loved that everyone was free to be themselves and own their personality. The company had monthly lunches and some holiday events. No overtime, left early on Friday. Relaxed PTO
Cons
Management is an utter disaster. People begin in one department, departments are laid off, and workers are moved to another department under the impression that they have a choice, had they said no, they would have been laid off as well. Communications between departments is non-existent. Sales is very much the golden child that is led by one manager who takes care of his own. Every other department is led by a single manager who also dips their toes in every other aspect of Asset Panda. They are unreasonably spread thin. Not even a year in, departments were laid off, wages were reduced. Towards the end of my stay at AP the whole company seemed to be spiraling. Remote work was mandated and the main office was closed. There were major layoffs across all departments not once, but twice over a two day period. Overall the company felt very unstable in such a short period of time. Avoid working here for some time so they may get it together.
