There has been a lot of rapid growth just in the 15 months of coming together from 3 separate hospitals into one system. Plenty of opportunity and a great place anyone interested in clinical or non-clinical positions in the healthcare industry. Many new positions have been created that would have never existed before coming together.

With all that growth comes growing pains, but departments are working daily to improve these issues and create a seamless work environment.

As a system, they are trying to make a positive workplace through communication, respect and commitment to the mission.

The system is comprised of 3 hospitals and many clinics who came together in the last year. With that, there have been some growing pains and a lot of change for each facility.
