- There was a five star rated review. But unfortunately is not for this company - The founders gave you short, nice first impression - There will be lots of useless tasks to keep you busy, but they will be thrown away within a few weeks following the mood of the founder - On contrast to the founders, there are quite a few capable & nice colleagues

- Founder's characteristics: passive aggressive, smart but low EQ, emotional, make impulsive decisions - Two young founders are very immature and probably have no previous people management skills - Corporate direction changes on a weekly basis - Very bad communication from top management - Noisy & crowded office - Be ready to be fired or demoted at any time - Short notice of almost any assignment - Below the market salary. No bonus
