Aspire interview questions

The HR sent me the interview invite, one-on-one, where I scheduled the call, and then I had a call with HR where she explained to me about the role. But it looked like the HR did not read my resume previously and just invited me for the call, which was quite a bad experience. Later, they rejected me on the same day by telling me that the hiring manager had rejected. What I believe is HR read the resume for the first time and was kind of making weird expressions.
