      Pros

      The product sells once I explain the features to prospects. I have freedom in how I approach my sales. Leadership is transparent about targets. Commission is fair and paid on time

      More investments in sales/product trainings would help

      When I was there, unfortunately there was a very toxic employee who gained the trust of leadership- I understand she has since left the company.
