Like many companies in the current environment, Aspire has had to make difficult decisions around costs and prioritisation. We know these decisions can place additional pressure on teams, and we are actively listening to employee feedback to help inform how we move forward.
On in-office expectations, our view is that collaboration and problem-solving are often more effective when teams are together in person. At the same time, we continue to look for ways to balance in-office collaboration with flexibility, including benefits such as unlimited leave and up to 90 days of work-from-anywhere.
