Pros

colleagues are nice and helpful (no upper management)

Cons

Cut opex, very tough 2025. Remaining resources are very limited. No bonus, bad medical compare to other fintech in the market. 100% work from office, layoff people and ask the remaining folks to step up w/o a raise.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Like many companies in the current environment, Aspire has had to make difficult decisions around costs and prioritisation. We know these decisions can place additional pressure on teams, and we are actively listening to employee feedback to help inform how we move forward. On in-office expectations, our view is that collaboration and problem-solving are often more effective when teams are together in person. At the same time, we continue to look for ways to balance in-office collaboration with flexibility, including benefits such as unlimited leave and up to 90 days of work-from-anywhere. Appreciate the candid feedback.

Thank you for the kind words and for being part of Aspire! We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying the team and finding value in the connections you're building. The variety in work is part of the startup ride but we know it’s not for everyone every day, and we’re always exploring ways to bring more clarity and consistency where it matters. Appreciate you being on this journey with us!

Pros

There was a lot of work to be done, and new management

Cons

When I was there, unfortunately there was a very toxic employee who gained the trust of leadership- I understand she has since left the company.
