Pros
Great great employees to work with across all departments. There are many who have been there since the beginning so shows you that the teams themselves are great. They make you feel very welcomed.
Cons
Management has changed a lot and they think by changing everything, it will be a great place to work. The company all focus on Sales and those teams and the others are just made to feel like their work is not important. Since the management has changed so much, it is a shame that the morale overall has changed in the company and it is beginning to show. A lot of new people are coming in and wanting to change everything and focus on what the "newbies" want and not focus on everyone as a whole. A lot of the work is US run and they do not seem to give an ounce of care of how things are operated in other regions, both legally and culturally which is a shame because they have lost very good people in the last couple of months.
