    Pros

    Balance between work and life is encouraged. Training is adequate. Managers, Directors and even VP's are willing to listen to anyone.

    Doesn't communicate well internally (common in most companies) More reactive than proactive

    I worked at Aspect Software full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Aspect provided many opportunities for job improvement and training. They were always accommodating to an individuals needs and has a great complement of knowledgeable staff willing and ready to help.

    Cons

    Unfortunately the focus was to centralize the resource pool that lead to the dismissal of some very qualified and dedicated staff who were remote.

    Pros

    new direction new vision new life Not the Aspect of old. The new vision of the consumer is changing and Aspect is leading the charge. The old guard is out and the new guard continues to change the game. Enhancing products, driving cloud adoption and building the customer relationships is now the key.

    Cons

    Need to get the name out more. Customers still see us as Aspect of old.. Were not that dialer company anymore.

    CEO in touch with where the business is going and the industry, approachable too Aspect adopted a fresh market approach adding to the Voxeo cloud with its Zipwire true cloud contact center - its actually VERY impressive Aspect also extended its Unified IP and WFO solutions into full hosted or hybrid solution options Solutions are complete, visually impacting to end users and future-ready. Exciting for workforce too! In contrast to other customer experience companies Aspect is actively pursuing channel partners Aspect Innovation Exchange gives partners a chance to share their own differentiation The company is gaining new business each quarter Aspect is still investing in adding business process differentiators to its products Great digital services team and Microsoft product integrations allow for broader solution offerings combined with attractive web based UIs Aspect is investing in R&D for NEW solutions - watch this space! Increasing number of customer stories to share Its a changed company

    Great People, good career, good work life balance.

    Cons

    When I was there it was just after the 2008 market crash and there was a lot of turn over. Management is all new so things are much different now. Very smart people you will have a good career there.

    Some really great people who work so hard but are now frightened and uncertain

    Cons

    Since being taken over by US PE business they have ripped the soul and culture out of the business. Real shame. Patrick Dennis sees a once great company as a transaction and only focus is on lining his pockets. Truly shockingly bad leader

    + Cab facility + Food + Bonus + Decent hikes + Great manager and colleagues

    Cons

    + Stupid HRs + Company is going no where to be true, They meet their Sales target => Yes, But thats all, New customers generating revenue are less and old customers are switching back to legacy products rather than cloud. + Firing is a normal thing since the time its sold to Vector Capital. The owners only want profit and why not, they are an equity firm, They will not keep it forever. + They are no where close to their competitors in terms of competition being a company formed in 1970s. + Because of that certain customers are treated like Gods, They disrespect Aspect engineers on calls and no action is taken against the customer. Customer's support team doesnt know anything, They are just admins who know how to do MACDs. Since Aspect doesnt charge for support tickets, Even the stupidest tickets with 1 word resolution are opened day in and day out. + Once you have resigned, They dont care for you, Even when Corona is at its peak, Bangalore is in lockdown mode, They dont understand the sensitivity of the situation and email you to cooperate. They call people to office to submit laptop whereas for the few that were fired not so long back, a personnel was sent to collect their stuff.
