This is my personal experience with Asgatech. I worked for the company for many years and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences of my career. I believe I was denied my rights, including my end-of-service benefits. During my employment, I was moved between affiliated companies, and I believe this was done to affect my employment status and benefits. When I asked for my rights, I got no fair solution. Instead, I was left with no choice but to file a legal case against the company, and the case is still in court. My experience with the HR Manager & CEO was extremely disappointing. I found him unprofessional, unfair, and completely unsupportive. Instead of helping employees, I felt that he only worked to protect the company. I am sharing my experience so other people can be careful before joining this company. Read every contract, keep copies of every document, and don't trust verbal promises
