Beware that Asana has been getting negative & truthful reviews removed recently - We were brought into meetings with Management to respond to negativity amongst sales (both in reviews here & HR surveys), where we were told they've reported the negative reviews for "telling lies".
Ironically the only lies are in the 5 stars you'll see posted in batches - They're either from HR/Talent or new hires who have been asked to leave reviews during onboarding(when they have no idea how messed up everything is in Sales)
Filter the reviews by lowest & you'll see the actual truth.
If you're reading this while interviewing, be aware that you are likely being lied to (I was). Almost all new hires are missing targets by a wide margin, lots of people being threatened with performance plans & they're STILL increasing headcount.
Go on Linkedin & use Sales Nav to see how many Sales people left over the last couple years. Think critically - Asana's stock has been a "rocketship" & Covid WFH move is great for accelerating the "work management" category...why would Sales People leave a Golden Opportunity like this? It's Fools Gold.
