      Pros

      Some coworkers are great, very friendly. I have a lot of autonomy to implement certain projects.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, poor career progression. Profit share is non-existent. You don't receive any appreciation for a job well done, nor are you recognized for your initiatives. Lots of legacy technologies, slow-moving company, management is a mess.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
