      It is a great company to work with. You can work independently folloiwng company very simple phylosophy and principles. Advanced skills and creativeness is part of company culture. The employee stay for company's value and room for accomplishing achievements.

      Cons

      The annual bonus was calculated globally among all branches, therefore, don't expect to be rich.

      Pros

      Working at Arup was a great experience, surrounded by smart, motivated, and mission-driven peers.

      Cons

      This may have since improved, but at least previously, the America's region felt rather second-class compared to UK. Most/all senior leadership, even in the US, was British.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
