Pros

- Salary and perks not bad for entry-level. - Training and knowledge-sharing sessions are top-notch. - Quite innovative (depending on the region) - Engaged in solving pressing issues facing human societies. - Good reputation.

Cons

- Hong Kong office fails to keep talents because of long working hours and uneven workload distribution. Quality of work takes a huge toll. - Poor project management. - The firm prizes its multi-disciplinary services, but teams often fight among each other over billable hours, which create bitter work relationship. - Like most consultancies, you would like to see yourself as independent and objective. But when clients try to put words in your mouth, you'd still let them since you know who's the boss. - There is an overall sense of disconnect with the top management.
