      Pros

      Was given lots of hands-on experience in a lot of different areas related to the legal field for the engineering firm.

      Cons

      You have to really want to be interested in and do contract law if you pursue this position because that is how you'll be spending most of your time: reviewing contracts. Not necessarily a con if that's your interest.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
