      - Flexible work with holidays and international remove work. - Work life balance. - Learning on job. - EDI initiave are best but still need to improve

      - Self learning and nothing by the management or leaders. - No clear path for leadership and no promotion or great work, just mediocre work and less accountability. - Descrimnation sometimes as senior leaders dont listen or help you if you are from disadvanatage group.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
