      Great hi-tech product which makes an impact, both hardware and software. Fantastic team. Relocation possibilities.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Frequent firefighting in solving problems. Lack of transparency in decision making. Company strategy is not communicated to staff. Job cuts are announced after they have been made. Remote work is not supported.

      The hq is in Europe. Sometimes there is a lack of communication.

      Get to work with new 3d scanning equipment and leading edge technology.

      Cons

      Management in other country, disorganized and last minute decision making. Very poor communication among everyone in the company. For example, the engineers and head of technical support believe in doing the same thing over and over will come out different.
