Pros

Most of the colleagues were high-skilled and pleasant to work with The domain is pretty interesting and the product of the company is one of the best in it's industry

Cons

It's not guaranteed that's your tasks will be particularly interesting. Maybe you'll be just moving json-s most of the time. Some decisions of company's management seemed questionable (but given all the circumstances it's hard to blame them for it)

One of the worst working environments I've experienced

Competitive salary (if you negotiate it yourself) Highly qualified colleagues Most of the colleagues are great people

Cons

Toxic environment in Artec Studio development team: the devs who are in the company for a long time highly discourage any attempts to improve the processes, practices and any creative freedom by acting like a know-it-all and condescending. Career growth opportunities are non-existent. HR is looking for senior developers but team leads treat them like a middle developers.

Chaotic management. Irresponsible employment leads to layoffs without prior warnings. Delayed salary. Problems do not get resolved.
