Our team is highly collaborative and genuinely cares about each other and our clients. We get to know our clients personality and commit to supporting them and their goals to the best of our ability. We value continued learning, regularly sharing books and best practices, as well as monthly Emotional Intelligence training. We find ways to show love to our team and our clients through small thoughtful gifts and words of appreciation. Our leadership values the opinions of everyone on the team and makes sure we feel heard through weekly 1:1 meetings to connect and set goals. Our remote/flexible environment allows for work-life balance.
Cons
The initial learning curve is steep if you do not already come from the PCI/Merchant Services industry. We face the same challenges that all fully remote teams face in trying to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing in a virtual world (although I think we do it pretty well!)
