Interview
Met with the owner and she was very nice. Process was simple but it was my first interview and she mentioned the company has a lot of rounds of interviews.
Applied then was messaged on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. Met over Zoom about a week or two after messaging. The interviewer was very approachable and asked questions about hobbies, things outside of work, etc. Was told I'd get a follow up and haven't heard anything since.

Interview
My favorite interview to date. It was a phone interview. They asked me real questions about things that actually matter. They asked me to share my story and tell about myself from more angles than just professional. I found that refreshing. They are also very into emotional awareness and discerning how one would fit in to their team environment. They pointed out how well that has served them. I did not get an offer, but really enjoyed interviewing. That says something!
