Pros

The leadership team cares about my happiness and well being. Customer service jobs can sometimes be a grind and cause burn out. Arrow makes sure I'm treated well, so that we can give the same back to our clients. I feel a closeness with my customers and coworkers, it's really enjoyable!

Cons

There is a lot to do, sometimes it's crazy how fast the day goes by. I'm eager to grow our team to keep up with the demand

Pros

Leadership truly cares about the people on our team. Our team works hard to do great work for our clients, and everyone collaborates across the company. Everyone is willing to ask for help and learn from each other. The culture is fun and positive, and our CEO invests in fun activities and gifts for our team (especially when people are going through hard times).

Cons

Things can be busy, especially with seasonal client projects that require more time, but leadership always works with us so that we have support. We're growing quickly as a company, which requires people to be builders, doers, and problem-solvers. This is also a very technical industry, which means that in order to be successful on this team, you have to invest in continuous education and learning.

Good salaries offered, which is needed as the workload is very high. Growth at the company is strong but team is small so support can suffer with growth.

High workload with growing responsibilities
