Cons
You are overloaded with accounts and tasks without sufficient training or support. Raises are nonexistent, even though the company proudly announces record profits each quarter. Management is poor and lacks leadership skills and could benefit from formal management training. The manager often does not seem to understand their own job or how to effectively lead the team. Well my previous manager G.B. High turnover they overwork employees, then suddenly cut budgets and replace people with cheaper labor (Mexico) Work-life balance is poor; the expectation is to perform like a robot. The company is not trustworthy: they previously laid off a group of Indian workers to bring in U.S. citizens, only to later make U.S. employees train hires from Mexico who are expected to replace them soon.
