Arrow Electronics interview questions

I interviewed with the recruiter on a Tuesday, and she acted like the hiring manager was very excited to speak with me and said I should expect to hear from her by Friday. I heard nothing, so I checked in with her the following Tuesday. She said the hiring manager was out of office that week, but she would check in with her when she returned the following week. I -still- heard nothing and had to reach back out to her again nearly two weeks later. When she responded, she said the team had already hired another candidate. So they had obviously moved forward with at least one other candidate and instead of just saying that, they decided to string me along for the better part of a month. Terrible candidate experience and I would not consider applying here ever again based on this giant red flag. If they're willing to waste my time like this when they should be putting their best foot forward, imagine what it's like working there.
