Flexible working still able to WFH which makes up for low average pay, nice office surroundings and most people are pleasant to be around
Cons
Large Corp, so you can feel invisible to a large extent, if your manger is good it’s ok and will stand up for you, they expect a lot for the pay, and training can be hit and miss, as done with a colleague already doing the job so depends how good they are and if you click
