      As big companies go, Arrow is better than most. The hybrid schedule, gym, cafeteria, and legitimate focus on work/life balance.

      Cons

      Directives change with the wind. Entire divisions are created and dismantled each year. Good managers at the middle level are canceled out by rudderless direction from up top

      Pros

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company
