      I really like my colleagues, and the management tries to make the workplace as welcoming as possible.

      We frequently have issues with our payslips, HR is slow to solve problems, salary is below the average when compared to those of same positions in other companies.

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company
