Pros
Great experience, good people to work with, you learn alot. There are areas within the company that you can feel at home and work with great management who actually care about you.
Cons
The work pace and pressure is way too much for most people and there is very little balance and very little reward. Some focus on the pressure and some crack, if you choose to focus you end up with burnout periods and regrets. There are great deal of politics here and you need to stay quick on your feet to stick around for a long period of time. HR is a legal business here, they only serve to control the cattle exactly how management wants them to act and were to focus. If you have a concern about anything do not ever take it to HR, you will get fired if it even remotely smells like negativity. If you have a friend in HR keep things to yourself around them or you will get them and yourself fired. They do not invest in their employees and do not care about this. Employees are numbers and as quickly as they get hired they get replaced to keep the big ship moving regardless of the emotional damage.
