Pros
If you do your job well enough to a certain extent they will leave you alone to blend in the background a bit, but the minute you are too good at your job, they want to give you more responsibility, and no pay rise. This company will try to look as if its an investor in people, it couldn't be further from the truth. Corrupt, mismanaged, incredibly racist as the people they hire are so uncultured, they don't often realise they are being offensive. Easy working environment if you can pick up the slack quickly. Oh and you get weeks pay as your first pay cheque to tempt you to stay because the job is so bad.
Cons
High staff turnover, corrupted boss on a power trip. Racist, overly sexualised office behaviour, certain aspects People are so badly trained they have no idea that they are breaking the law, making money on the backs of people who just need to feed their families. They take advantage of peoples vulnerabilities, this job will provide only short term stability. People that work there are very morose and old fashioned attitudes... you could almost be believed you were in a 'Carry on' sketch, if it weren't for them opening their mouths one might even be convinced they were okay, but these people are borderline mentally challenged in a way I have never experienced before. I almost mistook their idiocy for a joke, only when I realised it wasn't that's when I knew I had to get out of there. Oh yeah and the office is on a building site where fat old men wolf whistle at you as you walk into the office.. This place is beyond a joke, empty promises, sacks people who have worked there over years at the drop of a hat. HIGHEST STAFF TURN OVER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN SALES.
