Mike Long has to be the worst leader in the fortune 500. He only cares about one thing. Which is head count. He will look at headcount reports and restructure based on the amount of employees. He will not approve yearly inflation raises for years on end. He restructure companies right before Christmas. There is limited room for growth besides your whole team getting laid off. The company doesn't care about their employees in away way.
