Proximity to I-25. Cafeteria and gym are adequate when open. HSA and 401K plans are decent.
Cons
Merit increases (which are effectively cost of living increases most years) did not happen in 2020 due to COVID-19 (as of July). However, employees are currently expected to come into the office every other week despite most if not all corporate jobs being doable remotely. Management’s response from the beginning has essentially been reactive, requiring remote work only at the very last second when it was mandated by the Governor. It shows that they do not really care about employees’ well being. Profit > people. In the handful of years during my employment, not once did we have a fire drill during working hours. Think about that for a second.
