You might need some time to read this. a) Average age of employees is above 40 b) Average tenuarity is 7 years, because employee here are not capable to upgrade them self and move out c) If you join as an engineer, after working for 20 years odd you will retire as engineer, Top management will never move out d) Before Arrow you might be talking about technology, In Arrow you will only here a speak on Politics, Share Market, NO ONE CARE AND NO ONE KNOW THE TECHNOLOGY. e) US team does cream work, Team in India only does server reboot and patching (even if you are an architect). f) US team can work from home, team in India need to do 9 hour shift and no work from home. g) Being a product company it gives Samosa and Tea as compensation h) If you are below 35 and eager to learn technology you will go in depression within one month and stay in depression till you leave or become like others.
