Lousy management Lack of communication This place still runs like it's the 60s, management and senior employees have extreme bias and condescending attitudes and outlook, HR is a joke, it consist of one employee that handles an entire department, incidents aren't handled in a professional manner, extremely underpaid and don't even dare to voice it to management because you'll be called out and labeled as having no work ethic because of your upbringing or having some type of mental illness, extremely bias and offensive remark when 70 percent of your staff are of color and you're white, there's no compromising when it comes to the needs/ wants of employees to feel comfortable or confident working for them, it's 'you're going to do this because I said so' majority of employees are temp to hire but many don't stay long, during my final week my supervisor asked me why I was leaving and I didn't even care to explain myself to him, I was a direct hire and only after two weeks of being there knew this place is a complete dead end, but I was desperate, I needed some source of income in which I have yet to receive my last two paychecks from this place, word of advice to any looking for a place of employment in means to be able to take care of themselves or their families, look elsewhere
